Your safety and well-being are our highest priority at Listeners Connect. Please read these guidelines before using our services.

- Listeners Connect provides peer emotional support — NOT professional therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention.

Protecting Your Privacy
- Never share your Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, passwords, OTP, or home address with any listener or user.
- Keep all conversations within the Platform. Do not share personal phone numbers, WhatsApp, or social media.
- If any listener asks for financial information or personal meetups, report them immediately.
Recognizing Unsafe Behavior
- End the session immediately if anyone makes you feel unsafe, pressured, or uncomfortable.
- Report using the in-app "Report" button — all reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our Trust & Safety team.
- Reportable offenses: harassment, sexual solicitation, threats, hate speech, fraud, impersonation, sharing explicit content.
Healthy Session Practices
- Set personal boundaries before starting. You are never obligated to share more than you are comfortable with.
- Take breaks between sessions if you feel emotionally overwhelmed.
- Remember that listeners are trained peers, not licensed therapists. For clinical needs, consult a professional.
- If a session is not helpful, you can end it anytime and try a different listener.
